Holiday Fundraising Drive

Please join us this year in supporting Eastside Community Connection during its annual holiday fundraising drive.

Eastside Community Connection is a truly unique nonprofit organization.  Aside from the Executive Director, the organization is completely volunteer-run and the volunteer base is comprised entirely of college students.

These talented and dedicated individuals learn to develop and administer services to deal with the very real problems of poverty, education and hunger in our area: they distribute items from ECC’s food bank to needy families, conduct adult education classes on-site for residents seeking to create a better life for themselves, and provide a critical support network to families who have fallen on hard times.  Student-created hunger-relief and teaching programs have benefited over 1,500 Austin families this year alone.  And the need keeps growing.

Our goal this year is to raise $10,000 to maintain and expand our services during the year. The support of individuals such as yourself will be what allows us to continue serving thousands of nearby families and engaging hundreds of students in community service that will pay immeasurable dividends for years to come.

We hope you will consider a donation of $10, $25, $50, $100 or $500 to Eastside Community Connection during this holiday season. Consider skipping buying a cup of coffee or bringing your own lunch from home and making a modest donation instead.
