ECC’s greatest assets are its interns who, through direct community service, form the foundation of ECC’s success. These young leaders engage in intensive training and earn hands-on experience in client management, program development, public relations, finance, human resources, non-profit administration and governance. Our student-run model is designed to foster leadership development in an interactive and dynamic environment.
