Purpose
To coordinate the ECC food pantry program.

Description

  • Develop food pantry policies
  • Place food orders and maintain inventory
  • Develop reports to record services provided
  • Supervise volunteers

Requirements

  • Work about 10 hours a week in office
  • Attend Monthly Intern Meetings
  • Present monthly reports to the Board of Directors

Baseline Qualifications

  • Significant leadership experience ~ 1 year serving in a leadership position
  • Passion for community service
  • Self-motivated, driven individual
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Position Qualifications

  • Experience working with volunteers
  • Experience working at food pantry and food bank service program
  • Nutrition Major preferred
  • Physical: Supervising food pick up may require lifting heavy boxes
